PopStation Self Collection
Please ensure you collect your items within 2 days from the popstation, items not collected will be disposed off by Singpost. We shall not be responsible for such losses and no replacement will be made.
If there are item(s) which are not suitable for popstation self collection, a standard delivery fee will be charged
Please check your items against your order upon delivery. We will not be able to make exchange once you confirm and acknowledge the items are correct.
Cancellation & Refund policy
For standard delivery, including subscription based order, PopStation Self-collection, and free shipping you may inform us in writing before the order status is changed to processing. We will refund you the total amount, less 10% of the total amount or $15 administrative fee (whichever is higher) within 14 working days.
For local pickup and urgent delivery, we will only refund you the delivery charges less $15 administrative fee within 14 working days.
No refund shall be made after the order has been processed.
We reserve the rights to remove or change the promotion at anytime without prior notice or reason given. Each promotion code’s terms and conditions shall applied concurrently to other existing terms and conditions. Promotion codes are to be used as they are and not to be exchanged to cash or other benefit-in-kinds.
Please be aware that HuatCai Kimzua reserves the right, at sole discretion to cancel any order for any reason. Some of the possible non exhaustive reasons which may results in order cancellation are, inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or quantities, flagged by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In such situation, we will contact you to inform you if a portion of your order is cancelled or any additional information to solve this order.
Any dispute shall be resolved primarily through private mediation between both parties before bringing it alternative dispute resolution of the Singapore Subordinate Courts for mediation processes.
